Telos Academy Policies

We aim to provide consistent, high-quality educational programming at Telos Academy where students make steady progress and can count on their instructors and peers. These policies help ensure that programs always continue to run smoothly for the families who count on them.

Registration Policy
Academic programming runs for a full academic year, from September through June. Families are committing to the full academic year at registration. This commitment holds your student’s place in the program for the entire academic year. Staffing is solidified according to student registration before the program begins; as such, once the child begins the program, parents are responsible for paying the full year tuition.

Payment Policy
Tuition is billed monthly and will be automatically withdrawn from a credit card on file. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Families will be notified if a payment is not received. If payment is not received within 5 days, a $10 per day late fee will be applied. The student’s place in the program may be withdrawn if payment remains outstanding.

Refund Policy
Our academic year runs from September until the following June, and registration is a full-year commitment. We do not offer refunds for missed days due to illness, inclement weather, or cancellations for any other reason because staffing, group ratios, and supplies are planned in advance based on confirmed enrollment. 

If a child must be withdrawn from the program before the end of the academic year under extenuating circumstances, and at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be granted if adequate notice is given AND we are able to fill the spot from our waitlist.
